Our target audience are mainly small teams of contractors engaged in short term projects in the local area. We also accommodate working professionals attending local conferences, business meetings and special events.

Due to the nature of our bespoke contracts we are able to include a termination clause allowing you to cut the deal short for any emergency you may face.

Unlike your average assured shorthold tenancy guests can be removed without involving the courts since this is not their primary residence. In addition, guests sign a strict terms and conditions, meaning failure to comply can lead to them being removed.

It’s a common misconception that rent-rent serviced accommodation is the same as “subletting”. Using a management agreement or company let agreement means all parties are within the law. As you the landlord, gave consent.
